Delivery Policy

Wild Flowers Floral Boutique proudly offers same day delivery in Odessa, Tx and surrounding areas on orders placed before 2PM CST.

• Same day delivery available Monday-Saturday on qualifying orders placed before 2PM.
• Orders placed after cutoff time may be delivered the following business day.
• Delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to weather, traffic, holidays, hospital procedures, or high-volume floral holidays.

Recipient Availability: 

• If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left with a neighbor, front desk, receptionist, or in a safe shaded area when appropriate.
• We may contact the recipient to coordinate delivery is a phone number is included.

Hospital Deliveries:

• Hospital deliveries are subject to hospital policies and patient availability.
• Some ICU or specialty units may not allow floral deliveries.

Incorrect Addresses:

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
• Additional delivery fees may apply for address corrections or redelivery attempts.

Holiday Deliveries:

• During major floral holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, specific delivery times may not be guaranteed due to high order volume.
