Because flowers are PERISHABLE products, all sales are generally considered final.
However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us withing 24 hours of delivery with photos of the arrangement. We cannot guarantee how long your arrangement will last. Care is required at home to keep your flowers as fresh as possible.
Possible resolutions may include:
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Replacement arrangement
- Delivery adjustment
Please note:
- Flower longevity varies depending on the flower type, weather, personal care, and environmental conditions.
- We cannot guarantee exact bloom stages of lifespan of any fresh flowers.
- Refunds will not be issued for issues resulting from improper care AFTER delivery.
